Think this will work for me. It would be even better if I was able to get to a Fitness Group Class but I work during all available classes.

So thankful for my coach Ember and her spirit and enthusiasm too! I will lose this wait and I WILL do it the healthy way :)

I need to figure out a way to get this on my daily calendar…My goal this week is to make a food plan and a workout plan!
